At the the time of writing this it is 12:04 AM September 9th. We had a night of worship that started around 6pm. Worship that was fully praise and reverence to God. I can’t put into words the presence of God other than the purest of Joy and Love. When they started to try closing out the night around 10pm people didn’t want to leave and we all just kept on worshiping and dancing(side note we have to be in our tents by 10:30pm). When we left the spirit of God followed us everywhere we went. Me and another guy walked together about a quarter of a mile back to camp singing and worshiping the whole way. I was so full of the spirit I couldn’t stand still. When we got back to camp I realized I forgot something where we were worshiping so we then walked all the back still singing and worshiping. When we get there the musicians are packing up everything and I go and start talking to my World Race mentor and just start laughing and crying uncontrollably because of the Holy Spirit. I eventually got back to camp and went to talk to the people still awake about the joy God has given me. We all came to realization that we all had that same Joy. We all started laughing and crying uncontrollably. The Holy Spirit was with us in that moment. We all fall down on our knees in the dirt, on to our face and started crying out to God. It’s like 11:30pm at this point and we are all just full of an unexplainable holy Joy and Love. Around midnight we all go to our tents and have the most restful sleep any of us had ever had.
